Keto Crepes (Paleo Friendly)

People think that eating low carb is some sort of cruel punishment.

Thankfully, this is not the case. Whatever you have the munchies for I guarantee there is a healthy alternative and low carb available if you are willing to get a bit adventurous.

My husband had a hankering for crepes. Let's be clear.

We have not had crepes one time in our almost 6 years of marriage. For some reason a few weeks back he must have felt deprived and waved his white flag for crepe peace.

I did what every good wife would do and went on a mission to find a keto and paleo friendly version. I hope you enjoy the fruit of our labor. It couldn't be easier.

The hardest part of this recipe is deciding what toppings to use!

We stuck with blueberries, almond butter, coconut cream and a few slices of bananas.

Keto Crepes


4 eggs

1/4 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

t teaspoon cinnemon

1 tablespoon organic sugar alternative (stevia, xylitol, swerve, etc)


Whisk all ingredients will until no clumps remain. Grease pan generously with coconut oil. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of batter onto the heated pan. Wait to flip until sides turn up.

Top, roll, and serve!
