Before you blow this workout off because I'm only asking you to do 10 reps, think again. Grab a workout buddy, share this workout, and make sure there's something soft to land on incase your legs give out.
Complete the entire set through one time through only taking breaks if you need to. Try to keep them as short as possible.
Repeat the round 5 times through. For an extra challenge hold a medicine ball, small child or free weights to add extra resistance.
